Eva Fa’alogo is the founding attorney of The Zedqa Law Firm, where she represents clients in criminal defense and personal injury. A passionate advocate, Eva believes that every client deserves a strong defense, a fair chance, and a voice in the legal system.
Born in Mexico and raised in South Texas, Eva is a first-generation college graduate and attorney. Her journey reflects resilience, faith, and dedication to community. Before founding Zedqa Law, she served as an assistant state and federal public defender, handled complex state criminal appeals and post-conviction cases, and represented clients in personal injury and immigration matters.
Eva’s practice is rooted in her core values: justice, integrity, and compassion. She understands that behind every case is a real person facing life-changing challenges. Whether she is fighting to suppress evidence in a federal criminal case or securing fair compensation for an injured client, Eva is known for her thorough preparation, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to results.
